Some Moments in March 2009!

Just 'me' being 'me' this month....

Spring is here... ;o)

Let me pick these flowers...

Hopefully I am not allergic...

Hypnotized by Elmo.... I don't even blink...

Hi guys...

Mommy, you are so funny...

Playing around...

Looking at something...

Mommy likes to tickle me...

Playing with my daddy...

Something was really funny again...
Looking straight at the camera...

I'm a happy boy... even though I still make several grunting noises when I want things that my parents do not understand... I wish I could talk already...

Playing with my red clapping hand...

I can climb this fence... wanna see?? ...Coming soon...

Watching tv while mommy gets ready in the morning...

Eating this turkey hot dog looking thing for toddlers... it looks horrible but I actually like it!

Reading a book with a b-day hat on...not sure why my mommy put this hat on me...

Playing with magnetic toys at the fridge...

Jumping in the jumper...

Me and my red ball...Red is still my favorite color... I love everything that is red...

Having Lunch At Downtown Disney...

It was such a gorgeous spring morning and we decided to take a trip to Disneyland just to have lunch and walk around a little... It's only approx 45 min from our home...

It's funny because the minute we step in there we feel to be on vacation...it's truly a magic place...

Yeah, shorts and bare feet already...gotta love California!! ;o)

Me and mommy...

Me and daddy...

Eating bread after my lunch... I love to suck and chew on bread...

Chilling with daddy after lunch...

And then time for a nice little nap...Soon I'll enjoy Mickey Mouse a bit more ;o)

My mommy just cannot get over my eyelashes... they are lonnnnnnng or what?? ;o)

Back at home playing with my toys...

And with Gringo... my live toy... ;o)
Laughing and laughing...

Look at my curls, daddy wants to cut them... mommy is getting sick of resisting...

Our Trip to Phoenix, Arizona...

During the weekend of March 21st we went to visit Zia Mimma and Zio Nino in Phoenix, AZ... they are daddy's aunt and uncle. Zia Mimma is my Nonna Pina's sister... they look alike a lot...

Just gotten into the car for the road trip...

Eating my toes to pass some time...

Gee, I am tired of being in the car already and it's been only 10 minutes that we left the house...

Daddy, are we there yet, are we there yet, are we there yet??? No baby, we only need to stay in the car 6 more hours!!!!! ;o)

Finally arrived at Zia's beautiful home... they live in AZ during the Chicago winter... The trip itselft was actually not bad at all.... Luca behaved very well in the car and he is approved to face our lonnnnnnnng trip to Europe in about a month... This trip was a good test for him ;o)

Right away Zia let me play with their electronic organ.... I had SO much fun with it ;o)

Then we went to Graziella & Santo Bravata's home in Mesa, AZ for a delicious dinner...they are Zia & Zio's good friends....GRAZIELLA: For some reason I don't have a picture with you and Santo, I am so sorry about that.... THANK YOU SO MUCH for having us in your beautiful home and for cooking so many wonderful things for us! ;o)

Look at these desserts... incredible.... we gained about 8 lbs that day! ;o)

The Italian men were playing cards in one table....

And the Italian ladies were in another... Zia and Zio are really blessed to be surrounded by so many wonderful friends in Arizona! They all make us feel like family...

Playing the organ again with Zia... I loved it...

Being a good boy at Zia's house.... quietly playing and watching an Elmo DVD.

Zia Mimma, me and mommy...

By Zio Nino's lemon tree... I like being carried by mommy just like a baby kangaroo... ;o)

By Zio Nino's garden...

A few friends chatting at Zio & Zia's backyard...

Me and daddy...

Crawling around and exploring Zia's house...

Daddy, Mommy & Zio Nino during a quick trip to a city called Fountain Hills, AZ.

Very beautiful little town... the weather in AZ was in the 90's already... so nice...

Mommy enjoying the breeze and a light water sprinkle coming from the fountain... It was such a nice warm day!
Vince Alongi, Zio Nino and daddy also enjoying the breeze... I stayed in the car with Zia Mimma since I was sound asleep...
Back at Antonietta & Vince Alongi's home in Scottsdale, AZ for another delicious dinner...THANK YOU GUYS for also having us in your home and for all the wonderful food you cooked for us!!

Gosh we are eating so much these days... ;o) So much outstanding Italian food to eat...

The ladies were doing the dishes...Here we have Zia Mimma, Rita Vittorino and Nina Cianci...

Again I was a good boy during dinner... if you give me Elmo to watch you can eat in peace... ;o)

Sitting in the backyard of the Alongi's home... very nice evening that was...

On Sunday morning right before we hit the road again... Zia was kind enough to let me play with the organ one last time... I was having a kick out of it again...

Man I was pounding on that poor organ...

With Zio Nino right before we left...

Coming back from Arizona... Palm Springs Wind Energy...
"...This wind farm is located on the San Gorgonio Mountain Pass in the San Bernadino Mountains in California. It contains more than 4000 separate windmills and provides enough electricity to power Palm Springs and the entire Coachella Valley... Alternative sources of energy, these wind turbine generators are a type of windmill that produces electricity by harnessing the wind. Wind turbine generators are much less harmful to the environment than burning fossil fuels, but they do require average wind speeds of at least 21 km/h (13 mph)."
